Cancellation and Refund Policy
***PLEASE NOTE: If you have had permanent makeup or tattooing on an area before you MUST send a clear picture to eyebrowqueensk@gmail.com, in order to assess if we can do further treatment on the area. Thank you!
***Please note if you cancel your appointments more than one time or multiple times even in 72 hours window, we can no longer service you as a client as this is unfair to us as we can not always fill the spot.
***If you have multiple cancellations or reschedules you maybe required to pay IN FULL for the appointment before the appointment and also if it is AGAIN rescheduled or cancelled this is kept in place of a cancellation fee. This is at the discretion of the artist, and in certain circumstances if multiple reschedules/cancellations are made the business will no longer accept the client at ALL for any future bookings.
***If you decide not to do the procedure on the day of the appointment due to lack of knowledge on the procedure and what it entails then it is a no show fee of $150 since that time slot is wasted and can not be used by someone else. If you are UNSURE then PLEASE do a 15 min consult with me FIRST so we can make sure it is for you! Then we can schedule a procedure time slot appointment together.
***If you miss your touchup then you may be charged FULL price on your annual as a NEW client due to more work now being needed!
***Deposit of $50 is due at time of booking and is non-transferable and non-refundable to another appointment slot. This serves as an appointment retainer and is deducted towards the appointment of the procedure when you arrive to your appointment. When you book your appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
There is a minimum $150 no show fee for all appointments when less than 72 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule. There may also be an additional charge for the total procedure price if client is a NO SHOW, as this is a total loss for the business.
Any client arriving later than 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment will automatically be charged $150 fee as we will no longer have sufficient time to complete the appointment and it will need to be rescheduled.
If you would like to reschedule your current appointment please notify us at least 72 hours in advance during business hours, you MUST CALL or EMAIL: (201) 450-2530/ or email: eyebrowqueensk@gmail.com. All reschedules submitted less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to $150 cancellation fee.
Please note we do not offer any refunds for any services including but not limited to permanent makeup, microblading, or any services/products offered.
***Consultations are free! If you would like to come in to discuss procedure, aftercare, color selection, contraindications, goals, and get a measured out brow glimpse of your future brows please email: Eyebrowqueensk@gmail.com for complete list of available appointments.
***If you are a no-show to your appointment, or you don't give at least 72 hours to reschedule this will be saved in the system, and you can not book another appointment without paying the cancellation fee. Calling the day before or same day to reschedule does not allow us time to fill the spot or to re-arrange the schedule.

***For the balance due at time of appointment please note that due to credit card fees and convenience fee all credit, debit, and gift cards payments will incur the $25 processing and convenience fee.
***If you are paying by cash it's always an additional $25 off for initial and annual procedures.
***VENMO is no longer accepted. Please contact us if you have questions regarding regarding acceptable forms of payment.
